In Transit
In spirit of collaboration with other Brooklyn-based arts organizations, we teamed up with the New York Transit Museum to present an immersive theatrical performance, where six local playwrights explore the inner lives of New Yorkers traveling through the city's subway system.
With the Museum's vintage subway cars serving as the backdrop, these intimate performances draws inspiration from past decades and provide artistic interpretation of the passengers who ride the train every day.
This year, we had an extraordinary number of playwrights submit amazing work, which made our decision especially difficult; but we've made our selections.
