Stephanie Bok

Throughout her more than twenty-year career in theatre, Stephanie has been involved in performing, producing, writing, teaching, stage management, administration and directing in Los Angeles, Atlanta and New York.  She has a B.A. in theatre from the University of Southern California.

She has worked for the Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York since 2000 at South Oxford Space where she produced the Annual Summer Youth Theatre Festival for seven years and many other performances and events. 

Stephanie teaches theatre for kids with White Bird Productions’ Creative Theatrics program annually in a summer camp located in Prospect Park. 

She is a staff writer with the American Candy sketch comedy group, with her work having been performed in numerous productions since 2009.  Stephanie produces and emcees the popular “Write Night” series at Frank’s Cocktail Lounge in Brooklyn, an original writing cabaret showcasing some of the city’s most talented writer/performers.

Her writing has been produced by White Bird Productions, American Theatre of Harlem, JustAsk Productions, New York City Rep, ActNow Foundation, the DUMBO Arts Festival and Modern-Day Griot Theatre Company.
